About Mary
I have been in the HR profession for nearly 30 years, working in many different sectors including Hospitality, Retail, Financial Services, SME Consultancy, Field Sales and latterly the charity sector.
I have experience in providing HR consultancy to senior business leaders supporting them with their HR and employment law issues including; drafting and implementing strategic people plans; designing and shaping company values; offering guidance and pragmatic commercially focused HR solutions; leading complex re-organisation and redundancy processes; leading on TUPE when acquiring a new business; absence management; union negotiations; collective consultation, assisting with business closures, changing T&Cs or reviewing and designing performance management systems.
My ambition is to be a growth agent to help you move the dial on your people plans to increase productivity, engagement, leadership skills, culture and being a better employer.
I value authenticity in my interactions and recognise all situations, and people, are unique so need bespoke solutions.
